Your therapist will work with you to determine the best approach. Each Session is 45 minutes. Clients typically attend sessions weekly or biweekly, though some may come more or less frequently. 3. Confidentiality and Sharing: Your therapy experience is personal and private. It’s up to you to decide what you share with others about your sessions. While we maintain strict confidentiality, it’s important that you feel comfortable with how you discuss your therapy outside of our sessions.
